1、摘 要概述部分2.4mt/a井为恒远煤矿新井设计。恒源煤矿位于安徽省淮北市境内,矿区距约5.50公里,长约4.77公里,水平面积约27.06平方公里。主煤层4煤层,平均倾角7.14,四煤层厚度平均9.0 m。现场工业储量约347.21 Mt,可采储量280.54 Mt,整个矿山寿命83.49a,服务水平26.30a。矿井涌水量一般为525.44m3/h,最大涌水量683.40m3/h相对瓦斯涌出量小于1.732 m3/t,属瓦斯矿井。根据煤田地质条件,设计采用两级立井(下斜井延伸)带开拓,水平标高-400,B级标高650,分为三个矿区,四个带。轨道为巷道、运输巷道的岩石,布置在下盘4个煤层中。
2、矿井中央平行通风。西区带备用方式分为7个区段工作面,并进行了输煤、通风、运输、垃圾、供电系统的设计。采煤工艺为4101工作面设计,煤层工作面平均厚度为9.0m,平均倾角为6.1。综采工作面。双滚筒采煤机采煤,往返两次。工作时,切割深度为0.6米,每个圆形进尺1.6英寸。带式输送机运行巷道、蓄电池辅助机车牵引、箱式车固定。主井采用两台16t侧卸箕斗配衡,副井配备一对1.5t的钢丝桶双四车宽运输及吊笼人员。以高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽放技术为主题,阐述了国内高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽放技术的研究,并提出了一些改进措施。“深孔预裂爆破机理及其在浅层控顶放顶中的应用”翻译部分,重点介绍了深孔预裂爆破机理及其在浅层控顶放顶
