1、摘 要传统的轴承座上下料依靠人工完成,工人需要频繁地进行物料搬运、装夹等操作,劳动强度大且效率低下。自动上下料系统能够实现物料的快速抓取、搬运和装卸,大大减少了上下料过程所占用的时间,使加工设备的有效工作时间得以延长,从而提高了整体生产效率。实现连续生产:自动上下料系统可以与加工设备无缝对接,按照设定的节奏连续不断地进行上下料操作,无需像人工操作那样需要停顿和休息。这使得生产过程更加流畅,能够实现 24 小时不间断生产,进一步提高了生产效率和产能。本设计首先分析了轴承座自动上下料系统的原理及发展历程,并结合零部件的制造需求,提出了系统的总体设计方案。方案包括材料的选择、结构方案设计、机械结构设
