1、注气驱套管材质耐氧腐蚀规律及机理研究摘 要注气驱是油田三次采油常用的采油技术,但由于所注的空气中含一定量的氧气,同时,油田本身复杂的环境因素,实际生产中设备、管线等面临着严重的腐蚀问题。为了得出油田提供的20#和L360钢两种钢材在一定的温度(80 )、压强(10 MPa)、氧含量(10%)条件下的主控腐蚀因素以及腐蚀规律和机理。本文通过实验失重法和电化学测试法,利用微区腐蚀记录仪和金相显微镜对腐蚀前后的样品进行宏观和微观形貌观察,利用XRD对腐蚀产物进行成分分析,以此推断腐蚀发生的过程。综合以上研究,L360和20#两种材质钢的腐蚀速率都随温度、含氧量和压强的升高而增大,其中氧含量的变化对腐
2、蚀的影响最明显,XRD结果得出腐蚀产物以铁的氧化物为主。由电化学方法与金相显微镜观察结果得出,L360试样腐蚀电流密度要小于20#钢,以及在一定条件下L360钢微观腐蚀形貌上的点蚀数目少于20#钢。通过以上实验结果得出油田在生产中应该严格控制氧含量才能避免严重腐蚀的发生。关键词:注气驱;氧腐蚀;失重法;电化学试验Study on the rule and mechanism of oxygen resistant corrosion of casing in gas injection driveAbstractGas injection is the three oil recovery o
