1、舟山储罐外防腐涂层结构设计及评价摘 要 通过对舟山大气的腐蚀因素的调研,得出其腐蚀因素主要为:大气中的水分、空气中的污染物与盐类物质、紫外辐射,且具有较强的腐蚀性的结论。根据这一结论,设计了相应的防腐蚀涂层体系,即选用环氧富锌涂料作为底漆,环氧云铁涂料作为中间漆,分别以氯化橡胶、丙烯酸聚氨酯和氟碳树脂作为面漆。针对体系所用五种涂料的基本力学性能和三种面漆涂料的耐盐雾性、耐紫外光老化性和耐腐蚀介质性,分别进行了基本力学性能试验和耐盐雾性试验、耐紫外光老化性试验和耐腐蚀介质性试验,得出结论:五种涂料都具有较好的基本力学性能,三种面漆涂料中,氯化橡胶的各种性能都要相对较差。该结论对今后沿海环境中储罐

Design the corresponding anti-corrosion coating structure according to its corrosivity of atmospher
4、ic, choosing Zinc-rich epoxy as primer coat, choosing epoxy micaceous iron oxide as intermediate coat, choosing chlorinated rubber, acrylic polyurethane and fluorocarbon resin as finishing coat respectively. To evaluate the basic performance of five coatings through the basic performance test respec
5、tively. To evaluate the salt fog resistance, the ultraviolet aging resistance and the resistance to corrosion medium of three paint coatings through salt spray resistance test, ultraviolet aging resistance test and corrosion resistance test. Draw the conclusion: the five coatings have a good basic p
6、erformance, for the three paint coatings, various performance of chlorinated rubber are relatively worse than the other two.
