1、摘要本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孙村1.8Mt/a新井初步设计，共分10章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式采区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。孙村煤矿位于山东省泰山东侧的新泰市新汶办事处孙村镇境内，地处新汶煤田东部，位居山东新汶矿业集团公司腹地，东与张庄煤矿，西与良庄煤矿相邻，南依蒙山山系，北与莲花山相望，柴汶河自东向西流经井田之上。主井井口地理坐标：东径1174057，北纬355216，东北距新泰市9km

2、，西距磁窑68km，西北距济南168km。孙村煤矿位于山东省泰山东侧的新泰市新汶办事处孙村镇境内，地处新汶煤田东部，位居山东新汶矿业集团公司腹地，东与张庄煤矿，西与良庄煤矿相邻，南依蒙山山系，北与莲花山相望，柴汶河自东向西流经井田之上。矿井范围东西以人为边界为界，南边以煤层露头为界，北边以自然边界为界。井田走向长度为7.82km，倾斜长为5.03-6.58km，井田水平宽度为5.5km，水平面积为43.62平方公里。孙村煤矿交通方便，磁（磁窑）莱（莱芜）铁路穿过矿井生产区与生活区，与京沪铁路接轨，铁路运输可畅通全国各地。矿井驻地公路四通八达，井田南部有京沪高速公路和蒙馆公路；井田北部有直通泰安

3、市的一级公路和博徐公路，并与京沪高速公路交汇。矿井最大涌水量为1206m3/时，正常涌水量为900 m3/时；煤质为气煤；煤层的埋藏深，厚度大，储量丰富。矿井属低瓦斯矿井，煤层无自然发火危险，煤尘有爆炸性。矿井采用综合多水平开拓，采用中央并列式和两翼对角式混合通风。一矿一面，采煤方法为长壁综采一次采全高开采。煤炭运输采用阻燃胶带和底卸式矿车，辅助运输采用蓄电池电机车牵引矿车。矿井年工作日为330 d，每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。专题部分题目是煤矿冲击地压及其防治。翻译部分是一篇关于煤尘处理的论文，英文原文题目为：Coping with Coal Dust。关键词：斜井；采
