1、摘 要此次我的毕业设计题目是自动铅笔卡簧生产连续模的设计,通过对卡簧零件的工艺分析,确定采用高效可靠的级进模生产,利用夹持送料机构成功的解决了条料的送进问题,双侧刃控制步距,排样方式采用单排样,成功的解决了工件弯曲回弹,并对送料机构进行了力学分析,并推导出了拉簧和扭簧的设计公式,对拉簧做了可靠性分析,保证了送料的可靠性。此课题主要详细介绍了在自动铅笔卡簧生产连续模模具设计过程中,对各个工序的设计构想及具体实施方案,并且主要讲述模具设计工艺方案及工艺过程。在对冲压件工艺分析后我进行了方案比较与确定,然后以我自己的课题估算了模具各主要零件(凹模、凸模固定板、垫板,凸模)的外形尺寸,并确定标准模架以
