1、 摘 要本课题主要研究和加工以铝合金为材料的车轮毂设计,并且制定产品结构设计,工艺设计方案,模具设计的技术路线,最后利用三维软件进行编程,加工出车轮毂的型芯模具。所谓的压铸,其实是将熔融状态下或者半熔融状态下的金属液通过浇口倒入到型腔,然后施加很大的压力,使得金属液快速的充满整个型腔的过程,然后保持压力一段时间,使得金属也冷却凝固,从而得到质量均匀的铸件。其工艺特点是效率极高,无需金属切削加工或只需少量切削加工,即可投入日常使用。压铸模具在汽车,轮船,机械,电子,精密加工等领域有着广泛的应用前景。日常生活中绝大部分的塑料产品都是由模具来完成的,效率之高可想而知。机床作为现代化机械,早在20世纪
