1、摘 要在本次的课题设计上,由于沙滩铲手柄外形的特殊性,为了方便设计和生产,选用了一模两腔的方案,出于表面外观要去的考虑,在进料的选择方式上用的是侧浇口把ABS材料浇注到模仁内。在注射机的选用方面,经过悉心挑选和向有关工厂技术人员的请教之后,这里选用了海天100 1A的注射机。在设计和合理性方面,还增加了冷却装置的设计。在本课题的主要表达方式上,使用CAD和UG软件绘制设计图。加上简介的语言表述,准确的数据计算,这些工作让手柄的设计更加合理化。在本课题上,主要介绍了手柄的选材,选用的模架类型,整个浇注系统设计,侧向抽芯的详尽描述,排气系统的设计等内容。由CAD和UG绘制图纸,使用合理的模具加工方
2、式。由简明的示意图和计算等分析塑件,作为设计的参照。在上述的工作中,让我对于模具制造的认识和以前有了很大的不同。不仅仅是在专业知识上更加的熟悉了,还体会到了工厂工作人员的辛苦,还感受到了实际工作经验在真正的生产中的重要性。关键词:AbstractOn the topic of design, due to the particularity of the beach shovel handle shape, for the convenience of design and production, chose one module and two cavities of the scheme,
