    1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为孙村矿2号煤和4号煤180万t新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。丁集矿位于山东省泰新泰市境内,交通便利。井田走向长度为714km,倾斜长度56 km,井田水平面积42.36 km2。井田内主采煤层两层,即2煤层和4号煤,平均倾角21,煤层平均厚度分别为3.5 m和2.8m,井田工业储量为385.3Mt,可采储量285.

    2、8 Mt,矿井服务年限为105.8 a。煤层硬度系数f2.3,煤质牌号为无烟煤、焦煤。本矿井为低瓦斯矿井,瓦斯绝对涌出量为5.38m3/min。本矿井正常涌水量为309 m3/h,最大涌水量为554 m3/h。矿井采用综合式开拓,前期主井、副井为斜井,并采用两翼对角式通风。后期在井田北区设立第二个副井和北区风井。由于矿井地质条件简单,且为缓倾斜煤层,所以整个矿井采用采区布置,系统简单可靠。一矿一面,采煤方法为大采高一次采全厚。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用电机车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制。专题部分题目是深井回采巷道支护技术初探研究

The run of the minefield is 7.57 km ,t

    6、he width is about 5.60 km,well farmland total area is 43.62km2. The two and four nine is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 21 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 6.30m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 385.80 million tons and the recoverable reserves are 285.80 million t

    7、ons. Coal seam hardness coefficient f = 2.3, coal brand for anthracite, coking coal. The mine is low gas, gas emission to the absolute 5.38 m3/min. This mine normal section for309 m3 / h, maximum section for 554m3 / h.This mine adopts comprehensive development,In the early,the main shaft and the aux

    8、iliary shaft are inclined ones and the prophase development used two diagonal type ventilation. It sets up the second auxiliary shaft which is a vertical shaft and another air shaft in the north area later. Simple as mine geological conditions, and is gently inclined seam, so the whole layout of the

    9、 mine by band, the system simple and reliable. Fully-mechanized coal mining technology is used as the coal mining method. Coal transport using rope core tape, auxiliary transport by electric locomotive.We work 330 days per year and exaltate 16 hours one day .The “threeeight” working system is applie
