1、摘 要随着电力电子技术的发展,开关电源的应用越来越广泛,反激型开关电源以其设计简单、体积小、轻量和高效率的特点,被广泛地应用于各种小功率场合的电器设备和系统中,在当代经济和科技高速发展的时代,电源起到了关键性的作用。电源设备是电力电子技术的一个重要应用领域。目前,随着电源技术的蓬勃发展,开关电源朝高频化、集成化的方向前进。与线性稳压器相比,虽然开关电源设计比较复杂,某些指标可能比不上线性稳压器,且噪声较大,但是高频开关稳压电源由于具有体积小、重量轻、效率高、性能稳定等突出优点而受到广泛关注,得到了广泛的应用。 本文利用反激式变压器的特点,基于UC3842设计了一个反激式开关电源,反激式开关电源
2、一般由 PWM 控制芯片(UC3842)和功率开关管(MOSFET)组成,它由输入整流滤波电路、箝位保护电路、高频变压器、输出整流滤波电路、反馈电路、隔离驱动电路和保护电路组成,它是利用变压器的漏感和功率管的寄生电容实现零电压开关,使开关损耗大为降低,从而减小了开关的体积,提高了效率。分析了系统的整个原理框图,并对其工作过程进行了描述。并对变压器等参数进行了计算与设计,包括占空比计算、原边与输出边匝数计算。最后利用saber软件对所设计的开关电源进行建模仿真,分析了其仿真波形图。对所生产出来的样机进行了性能测试,并对测试所得到的实际数据进行了分析验证。关键词:开关电源;uc3842;反激式;高
