1、摘 要煤炭作为我国的主要的一次性能源,在我国国民经济占有非常重要的地位。近年来,我国煤炭行业安全生产形势有所好转,但是由于煤矿作业环境极其恶劣,同时还受多种自然灾害的威胁,导致煤矿事故还是时常发生,煤矿行业的安全生产仍然面临着非常严峻的形势。目前,我国绝大部分煤矿的井下风量、风压监测系统还没有完善,这样就会不利于实现井下局部通风机的系统化管理。本论文是在阅读了大量的书刊的基础上,设计出了一种是用于煤矿井下的风量、风压监测系统。硬件电路是以LPC1778单片机为核心的控制芯片,LPC1778单片机内的高速AD转换器可以将压力变送器采集的静压模拟信号转换成数字信号传入到单片机,单片机进行计算处理后
2、得到风量和风压的数值。测量的风量、风压数值既可以利用液晶显示器进行实时显示,又可以实现通风机发生通风故障后做到停风报警。硬件电路包括:传感器、数模转换、数据采集、报警装置、电源装置等电路设计。此测量系统不仅可以实现数字显示功能,还可以将测量的结果转换成标准的频率信号通过井下的分站向上位机传输。当风量和风压超过限定值时,会自动发出报警信号。整个测量系统安装简单、测量精度高、占用空间小、使用方便、可靠性高,可以广泛应用于风硐中的风量和风压的监测。关键字:风量; 风压; 监测; 单片机;ABSTRACT As a major foundation energy,coal industry plays
