煤气超标时自动开窗器的设计.doc

1、摘 要随着人民生活质量的日益提高，管道煤气和罐装液化石油气已进入寻常百姓人家，但由于煤气泄漏对于日常生活具有巨大的危害性，怎样防止煤气中毒与爆炸已成为人们的迫切需要，为此我们开发研制了煤气超标自动报警开窗器。本次毕业设计的任务是设计一个能够实时监测煤气超标以及能够作出应急处理的机电一体化系统，涉及到结构设计、三维造型、电机控制、传感器技术等内容。本系统以AT89S52单片机为核心，论述了基于测控技术的煤气超标监测报警装置的软硬件的设计与实现。本文中重点阐述了煤气传感器信号采集调理电路与开窗电机控制电路的设计。本系统具有现场煤气浓度动态显示、报警限设定、声音报警功能。在监测到煤气浓度超标时，蜂鸣

2、器发出报警声，报警一分钟后如果没有人来到现场进行处理，系统将会自动关闭煤气管道阀门、开启排风扇，还可以驱动电机将窗户打开，进行燃气的排放。另外，系统的软件设计中编写了一个手动模式的程序，如果在煤气不超标的情况下，用户想要将窗户打开或者关闭，可以通过控制电路板上的按钮来控制电机将窗户打开或者关闭。在机械方面，使用三维软件Pro/E画出了自动开窗器的结构模型，并对不同的结构方案进行比较，选择出最优的设计方案，保证能够实现预定的功能。此外，为了满足监控的需求，在系统中增加了通信接口，实现了网络监控功能，这部分超出了设计任务书规定的任务。关键词：煤气超标；浓度检测；开窗；A/D转换；单片机控制Abst

3、ractWith the increasing quality of life, the pipeline gas and liquefied petroleum gas cylinders have entered ordinary peoples home, but a gas leak for the daily life is of a great danger, so how to prevent gas poisoning and explosions have become the peoples urgent need, because of this we have deve

4、loped a exceeding standard gas automatic alarm window. The task of this graduation project is to design a mechanics and electrics system which can monitor the exceeding standard gas in the real-time way and can carry out emergency treatment. It involves structural design, 3D modeling, motor control,

5、 sensor technology, and other content. The system proposes the AT89S52 SCM as the core, which illustrates the design and realization of the exceeding standard gas automatic alarm devices hardware and software based on the monitoring and control technologies. This paper focuses on the gas sensor sign

6、al acquisition and processing circuit and the design of the window opening control motor circuit. This system has such functions as the concentration of gas at the scene which is dynamic display, alarm limit set, and sound alarm. When monitoring the gas is exceeding the standard, the system issued a

7、 warning buzzer sound, if no one came to the scene to deal with the problem one minute after the alarm, the system will automatically shut down gas valve, open row fan, and drive the motor to open the windows ,let the gas emission. In addition, in the systems software design there is a manual mode,

8、in case that the gas is not exceeding the standard and the users want to open or close the window, you can achieve this through control the button on the board. In respect with the mechanical, we use the three-dimensional software Pro /E to draw the structure of the automatic window model and make c

9、omparison among different programmes, then select the best design which is sure to achieve the intended function. Furthermore, in order to meet the needs of monitoring, we increase the communication interface in the system which realizes the network monitoring capabilities. This part is beyond the d

14、每年发生10多万宗煤气中毒事件。人们通常都想享受高质量的生活，但是却忘记了我们日常生活中潜在种种的危险。像煤气中毒这样的事故，就好比交通事故，没遇上的算是走运，一旦遇上，轻则致残，重则丧命，更有甚者家毁人亡。关于煤气中毒的事件，我们也时常听说，网络上，报纸上也时有报道。因此，为了保障我们的正常生活，煤气泄漏，不得不防。我的毕业设计-煤气超标时自动开窗器的设计，也就是为了解决这个问题而产生的。实现气体浓度检测离不开高性能的气体传感器。从广义上讲，传感器就是能感受外界信息并能按一定规律将这些信息转换成可用信号的装置。狭义上讲，传感器就是能将外界信息转换成电信号的装置。随着新技术和自动化的发展，传感

15、器的使用数量越来越大，一切现代化仪器、设备几乎都离不开传感器。在工业生产中，尤其是自动化生产过程中，用各种传感器来检测和控制生产过程中的各个参数，如温度、压力、流量、PH值等，以便使设备工作在最佳状态，产品达到最好的质量。此次设计中所利用到的气体传感器就是要测量煤气气体浓度的动态信号，并且利用数模转换芯片将浓度值转换为数字值，实现整个系统的检测与事故处理功能，实现智能控制。随着电子技术与计算机技术的发展，面对各种检测对象和大量的测试点，需要利用数据采集系统将多路被测量值转换成数字量，再经过单片机或微型计算机进行数据处理，实现实时测控。现在的家电产品都朝着低功耗，高性能，智能化程度高的方向发展，大量采用了传感技术和单片机控制技术。本文的煤气超标报警开窗器就是单片机应用系统的一种典型应用，要求能够检测煤气的浓度浓度，并且在气体浓度超过给定值时能采取相关措施。由气体传感器采集到的数据，经过A/D转换后送到51单片机进行数据处理，实现实时测控。本人在此次设计中完成了系统控制电路板软硬件的设计、制作和调试；开窗机构的方案设计、选择和优化；以及各个芯片资料查找与
