矿用电钻综合保护装置设计.doc

1、摘 要随着国家采煤技术的发展，对矿井设备供电的连续性、可靠性和安全性提出了越来越高的要求，因此对矿井煤电钻综合保护系统的研究具有重要的理论和应用价值。本文针对煤电钻综合保护技术在矿井煤电钻综合保护系统中的应用问题，提出了矿井煤电钻综合保护的控制技术和保护方法，并将其应用到井下煤电钻低压供电电网中，试验和运行结果表明所提出的保护方法正确、有效、实用。本文的主要设计内容如下:首先针对矿用电钻综合保护装置的意义及存在常见问题进行介绍和分析，指出了研究煤矿井下电钻综合保护装置的实际意义和价值。在回顾煤电钻综合保护装置的发展历史的基础上，结合电气设备的智能化、网络化的发展方向，提出了新型矿用电钻综合保护

2、装置的设计方案。根据我国井下煤电钻综合保护装置的实际情况，对煤电钻综合保护装置常见故障的电气特征进行理论上的分析，并参照相关标准提出了相应的保护原理和动作指标，重点解决了漏电保护、短路保护、过载保护和过负荷保护等长期困扰煤电钻可靠运行的问题。设计了硬件原理图验证了保护的可靠性和灵敏性。简单介绍利用单片机为主要控制单元，设计了一种新型煤电钻综合保护装置，根据电路取样信号，自动判断煤电钻漏电、短路和过载故障。关键词：煤电钻；综合装置；短路保护；漏电保护；过载保护ABSTRACTWith the development of the national coal mining technology,

13、究煤矿井下电钻综合保护装置的意义随着我国煤炭生产需求的不断增加，煤电钻的使用也越来越平凡，主要在井下采掘工作面使用较为广泛，而且操作方便。虽然井下采掘工作面大量使用煤电钻电压不高、功率也小，但煤矿井下具有十分恶劣的工作环境，空间狭小，碰、砸、的机会很多，电缆细而且经常磨损，工作时人也经常接触，低压电网经常会出现漏电和短路故障，同时由于工作人员维护和操作不当，输电导线断裂的原因，长期运行将导致绝缘击穿，经常回造成漏电和单相接地的故障。并且在接地点出现电火花和电弧会造成瓦斯、煤尘爆炸，直接危及人身安全和煤矿的正常生产。根据我国煤矿安全规程第四百五十七条规定：“煤电钻必须有检漏、漏电闭锁，断相，短路

14、，过、欠电压，综合保护装置具有远距离启动和停止等功能”。为了使煤矿电钻更好的为矿井服务，我国研制开发了用于保护煤电钻作业安全的煤电钻保护装置(简称煤电钻综保)。煤电钻综合保护装置在使用过程中不仅提高了综保安全运行性能而且还为矿井带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。因此，为了保障人生安全、避免无谓的事故、提高可靠性，研究煤矿井下电钻综合保护具有十分重要的意义。1.2 煤矿电钻综保的发展与现状煤电钻综合保护保是利用电源变压器、磁力起动器、及漏电和短路保护等组成的一种保护装置。在早期，煤电钻综合保护的组成是只有磁力起动器和电钻在正常工作时的漏电保护部分，煤电钻根据工作面的具体条件，电气线路不对电网的电容

15、电流进行补偿；漏电部分是采用了电阻及三极管等组成的附加电源的漏电保护电路。由于该装置使用时不能进行监视电网的绝缘程度，因而该煤电钻的综合保护是不完善的。在后来有了进一步研究改进，增加了先导回路，也就是起动控制部分。即在煤电钻打开开关手柄后先接通先导回路，当主电源是127V的控制接触器给煤电钻供电在没闭合之前，先检查煤电钻有关的电网地绝缘电阻情况，只有煤电钻在内的该电网地绝缘正常并且没有短路，才能接通包括磁力起动器在内的主回路给煤电钻供电，否则不能起动磁力起动器，主回路没通电，这样看这种保护是很完整很安全的。另外，原来使用的单一熔断器是不安全的，而采用了载频短路保护后对短路部分进行了改进，使保护更加安全可靠。煤电钻是井下主要的生产设备，考虑到煤电钻综合保护装置性能很重要，其性能的好坏直接影响煤矿安全生产能否顺利进行，原有煤电钻综合保护装置的动作时间长达100ms，对于现代矿井已经不能满足其安全生产要求。新型固态继电器的出现满足了这一不足，它是以电力电子器件构成的电力电子开关，其特点是操作非常方便、开关灵敏、没有出现火花和拉弧等现象，工作在潮湿、频繁工作及易燃气体等环境中比较适合。这一装置的使用解决了短路保护动作时间长的问题，并有效的防止事故发生。电钻综
