1、摘要煤炭是我国的主要能源,在能源消费结构中煤炭占70%,预计到2020年煤炭需求量将增至45至50亿吨。在今后相当长的时间内,国内以煤炭为主的能源格局将不会改变。掘进机械是煤炭机械化生产的重要设备,其技术特性和工作质量关系到煤炭工业的发展和进步。本次设计悬臂式掘进机是以大断面和中型断面半煤岩巷道掘进为主,保全全煤巷掘进的需要。因而,该机型应具有截割功率大、适应性好、稳定性好、构造紧凑、喷雾的效果明显、调动灵敏,方便、易于拆装、操作及维修护理简单等特点,能经济地截割单向抗压强度80MPa的煤岩,适应巷道坡度16。本设计的设计要求为1)可截割硬度70MPa;2)适用巷道断面20m2;3)截割头伸缩
2、量400mm;4)理论截割生产率70m3/h。根据以上的设计要求和特点对悬臂工作结构和截割减速器进行设计和对一些重要部件的参数进行确定。并根据煤岩的截割阻抗等工作因素和掘进机的工作效率对动力元件和传动元件进行设计和校核。关键词:掘进机;悬臂式;机械化;减速器I Abstract Coal is the main energy sources in the energy consumption structure, coal accounts for 70% of 2020 demand for coal will increase 4500-5000 milion tons.
