1、摘 要唐山沟煤业有限责任公司的前身为大同市新荣区唐山沟煤矿,系大同市新荣区国有区营企业,成立于1971年6月,1987年因资源枯竭,在新荣区上深涧乡刘安窑村东新建了接替井,1995年先后兼并了刘安窑乡办煤矿和市二轻局陈家沟煤矿,形成五对矿井,2004年以来进行了资源整合,合并成两套生产系统,2007年更名为山西大同新荣唐山沟煤业有限责任公司,下设唐山沟矿和陈家沟矿两座矿井。该矿地质条件较好,适合采用综合机械化采煤工艺,此矿井煤层平均厚度为6.9m,属于厚煤层,综采工作面可布置一次采全高综合开采,煤层倾角为0.13度,可采用倾斜长壁采煤法,工作面长度为158m,工作面回采顺序为后退式,采煤机割煤
2、方式为端头斜切进刀,双向割煤,采区采用全部跨落法管理顶板。井下主斜井采用皮带运输,副立井使用罐笼运输材料和工作人员,在轨道大巷中使用矿车运输材料。该矿井通风方式采用中央并列式通风,其中回采工作面为全负压通风,工作面布置为U型通风,新鲜风流由副井进入。该矿井日产量为3029吨,能满足生产能力的要求,且回采率达到国家有关规定。关键词:倾斜长壁采煤法 ;中央式并列通风;后退式回采;一次采全高ABSTRACTTangshan Ditch coal Industry limited liability companys predecessor is Datong Xinrong District Tan
