1、新型风力发电机制动片模具设计摘 要随着经济的发展,粉末冶金技术应用范围越来越广泛,在国民经济各部门中,几乎都有模具加工生产,它不仅与整个机械行业密切相关,而且与人们的生活紧密相连。由于粉末冶金工艺具有生产效率高、质量稳定、成本低以及可加工复杂形状工件等一系列优点,在汽车、轻工、电机电器、家用电器,航天航空,以及日常生活用品等行业应用越来越广泛。随着工业产品的不断发展和生产技术水平的不断提高,粉末冶金模具作为现代高速成型技术在工艺装备中起到越来越大的作用。本设计的依托项目是采用粉末冶金法研制新型风力发电机制动器衬垫。本设计内容粉末冶金模具,是制备制动器衬垫的必要设备,制品的尺寸精度与成型或精整模
