1、摘 要齿轮机构是现代机械中最重要的传动机构,应用十分广泛。它是依靠轮齿齿廓直接接触来传递运动和动力的,具有传动比恒定,传动效率高,使用寿命长,适用范围广及承载能力高等特点,但也存在对制造和安装精度要求较高以及成本较高等缺点。近年来,随着齿轮传动向高速、大功率、高性能方向发展,特别是航空机械、汽车、机床、和电子机械等领域发展,对齿轮传动不断提出高精度、高承载能力、高可靠性、低成本等新要求,人们开始把越来越多注意力转向齿轮传动的优化研究。齿轮传动优化设计以数学规划为理论基础,以计算机为工具,在众多可行的设计方案寻求最佳齿轮传动设计方案的现代设计方法之一。MATLAB优化工具箱具有编程工作量小,语法
2、符合工程设计要求的特点,大大减少设计工作量,提高设计效率和质量。文章介绍了齿轮传动的优化设计方法,建立了斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的优化设计的数学模型,从设计变量的选取,目标函数和约束条件的确定等方面详细介绍了构建数学模型的方法和过程,并结合实例借助于数学软件MATLAB的优化工具箱进行了寻优计算,给出了优化设计程序,得到了满足实际需要的最优化参数。通过对结果进行比较,发现齿轮的体积在优化后比优化前有显著的减少,这对于齿轮传动的设计具有理论指导意义。关键词:齿轮;MATLAB;优化设计IVAbstractGearsofmodernmachineryarethemostimportanttransmiss
