1、 春风油田污水管线腐蚀规律与机理研究 摘 要 本文结合春风油田污水管线腐蚀的实际环境,利用实验室的高温高压反应釜进行实验模拟,通过静态挂片失重法测量 20#钢材在氧含量、Cl-、Ca2+等条件下的腐蚀速率,然后通过观察微观形貌、表征腐蚀产物,得出试样在不同腐蚀条件下的腐蚀规律及机理,最终目的是对油田污水系统中复杂的工况环境做出腐蚀评价。当氧含量为 0.1 mg/L 时,钢材表面有明显腐蚀,随氧含量的增加腐蚀速率线性增加;Ca2+浓度的增加会导致试样腐蚀加重,当其浓度达到 22 g/L 时,试样主要发生垢下腐蚀,最终在试样的表面形成腐蚀坑;主导因素是 Cl-,氯离子的浓度提高一倍,腐蚀速率增加一
2、倍以上;腐蚀产物主要成分为 Fe2O3和 Fe3O4;管道失效类型为垢下穿孔腐蚀。通过本文的研究,Cl-为腐蚀主导因素,所以春风油田在污水管线的防护方面应着重注意氯离子对管线的影响。关键词:关键词:20#钢;管线腐蚀;失重腐蚀试验;腐蚀规律 Study on the corrosion regularity and mechanism of sewage pipeline in chunfeng oilfield Abstract This article combines the actual environment of effluent pipeline corrosion in Chu
