1、Be(OH)2中SO42-的去除试验研究摘要:随着国家对核电事业的大力投资建设,氟化铍作为新型第四代核反应堆堆芯的传热材料,对其纯度要求非常高。而氢氧化铍是制取氟化铍的重要原料,研究去除氢氧化铍中的硫酸根并达到要求的纯度,有很重要的研究意义和研究价值。某铍矿生产企业生产的Be(OH)2中SO42-含量为5.17%左右,根据核纯级Be(OH)2的要求,要求Be(OH)2中SO42-含量达到0.05%以下。根据Be(OH)2的性质,结合去除低浓度SO42-的方法,分别用洗涤法、氯化钡沉淀法、片碱溶解再沉淀法进行去除硫酸根的实验研究,得出相关结论。实验结果表明:洗涤法处理后的Be(OH)2试样含SO
2、42-约3%,达不到工艺要求;氯化钡沉淀法去除SO42-后,得到的Be(OH)2含SO42-约0.05%左右,基本达到工艺要求;先用片碱溶解Be(OH)2后,再用盐酸使Be(OH)2析出,得到的Be(OH)2含SO42-达到0.2%,去除效果不好。此次实验中,氯化钡沉淀法去除硫酸根效果最好。关键词:去除低浓度SO42-,洗涤法,氯化钡沉淀法,氢氧化钠溶解再沉淀法Experimental study on removal of sulfate in beryllium hydroxideAbstract: Along with the national investment constructi
