1、摘要随着社会经济的发展,环境资源问题也日益突出。清洁生产和循环经济等思想观念和发展模式对于实现可持续发展显得尤为重要。推行清洁生产,达到“节能、降耗、减污、增效”已成为工业企业界的共识,能否将清洁生产和循环经济的相关理论知识,结合到高等院校的运营管理中来,减少其资源能源的消耗,从而建立起资源节约型和环境友好型高等院校运营模式?这成为本论文的核心课题。本论文应用工业企业生产中清洁生产的审核基本知识和方法,以广东工业大学为研究对象和实例,分析其在运营中的主要能源消耗情况,探讨如何建立高等院校资源节约型绿色运营模式。在本论文中,采用问卷调查和现场考察的方式,获得有关学校运营中的主要资源消耗情况,并对
2、学校资源节约和环境管理的现状进行分析,评估资源消耗现状和资源节约的方式和潜力,采用清洁生产审核的步骤和方法,提出了一系列学校实施资源节约、环境管理的持续改进方案,并对这些方案进行筛选、评估、可行性和费用效益分析,研究这些改进方案在资源节约的有效性和可行性。最后对方案的经济和环境效益进行了评价。实现资源节约环境管理目标后结果表明:每天水资源节约量为486.4吨;节约纸张量所间接节省的水资源为404.4吨,少产生废水为218.4吨,保住了约691棵碗口大的树;减少的一次性电池使用量可以避免危害土壤面积为4.448104平方米。从中可以得出高等院校实施资源节约环境管理具有良好的经济效益和环境效益的结
