1、摘要本毕业设计的课题是 2000 吨/天线路板废水处理工艺设计,各类进水水质状况如下:有机废水CODCr=2000mg/L,SS=900mg/L,流量为250 m3/d; 含络合物的废水CODCr=200mg/L,Cu2+=50mg/L,流量为 450 m3/d; 含铜离子废水Cu2+=80mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,流量为 1250 m3/d; 含氰化物废水CN=100-200mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,流量为50 m3/d。 处理后出水达到广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值(DB44/26-2001)二时段一级标准。 即pH=6-9; CODCr=90mg/L; BOD5=
2、20mg/L;SS=20mg/L; Cu2+=0.5mg/L; CN=0.3mg/L。线路板工业废水排放量大,污染物种类繁多、成分复杂,主要污染物为重金属铜离子,pH变化大,要对污染物其地处理相当困难,因此对线路板废水进行清污分流,先分开预处理再综合处理是必要的。本设计采用分类处理的物化处理为主工艺。该方法具有工艺简单,处理效果好,构造简单,操作性强和便于实现自动化管理等优点,而且方法成熟,处理成本低,是处理线路板废水比较理想的工艺。设计中采用分类处理的地物化沉淀工艺对有机废水、含络合物的废水、含铜离子废水、含氰化物废水进行处理。通过对厂区的优化布置,该工程占地面积为774m2,工程总投资为1
