1、镁合金表面高分子薄膜制备工艺及对其耐蚀性能的研究摘 要镁合金在交通、通讯和航空航天等领域具有广泛应用,但其硬度低、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性差,在其表面制备一层耐磨损、抗腐蚀的薄膜可增强镁合金的表面性能,抑制镁合金的腐蚀和磨损。聚苯胺薄膜具有摩擦系数低、抗磨损和耐腐蚀性能好,是理想的功能防护薄膜。本论文利用化学聚合法和电化学工作站用循环伏安法在AZ91镁合金上制备聚苯胺薄膜。利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了薄膜的形貌和微观结构,研究了薄膜的耐腐蚀性能。研究表明在碱性或酸性溶液中,镁合金表面可以制备在空气中稳定的灰黄色聚苯胺膜,且与基体的结合较好,从而在镁合金表面制备了既可以导电又可以耐蚀的膜层。但是聚苯胺膜
2、层并不是均匀覆盖在基体表面,而且膜层表面存在很多的微孔;聚苯胺改变了膜层的电极电位,在腐蚀介质中聚苯胺膜以点蚀或剥离的方式进行腐蚀。关键词:AZ91镁合金,聚苯胺膜,循环伏安法,耐腐蚀性能Preparation of Polyaniline Film on Magnesium Alloy And The Study of The Corrosion ProtectionAbstractMagnesium alloys are very prospective materials for applications in the automotive,communication and aeros
