1、摘 要本设计为1.80Mt/a宁安(矿区型)炼焦煤选煤厂的初步设计,入洗原煤为一矿和二矿,入洗比例为56:44,两矿原煤均为气煤。设计要求精煤产品满足灰分Ad=(8.519.00)%,水分Mt12.00%。本设计先对煤质资料进行分析、校正、计算,确定原煤是否分组、分级入选,并分析原煤的可选性。在此基础上,通过对几个可能的选煤工艺流程进行产品预测和技术经济比较,最终采用了三产品重介旋流器TBS粗煤泥分选浮选联合工艺流程。该厂原煤由皮带运至原煤准备车间进行分级筛分,分级筛的筛孔为50mm,+50mm原煤进入破碎机破碎到50mm以下,破碎后原煤与-50mm原煤进入有压三产品重介旋流器分选。除工艺流程
2、外,本设计还对选煤厂的建筑结构、供电和电气、机修车间、铁路运输、劳动定员、生产成本及建厂初步投资概算做了系统的设计。工厂工作制度为每年生产330天,每天工作16小时,两班生产,一班检修。全厂在籍人数116人,工程总投资13704.24 万元,吨煤投资76.13元,静态投资回收期为0.67年。全厂各车间各生产环节采用了先进的自动化检测装置,控制实行全厂集中控制与就近操作相结合的方法。为防止环境污染,该厂煤泥水系统实现洗水闭路循环,不外排生产废水。在粉尘和噪音污染严重的场所采取一定的除尘降噪措施。关键词: 选煤厂;设计;全重介ABSTRACTThis is an initial design of

The designed ash content of the clean coal ranges from 8.51% to 9.00% and the moisture is no more than 12.0
4、0%.After analyzing the date of coal samples and estimating of the quality of raw coal, it can be decided in choosing the flowsheets of preparation with grouped row coal or sized row coal. The raw coal ,Transported by Leather belt, is to sized by a Sizing screen in the preparing shop. The Sieve of th
5、e Sizing screen is 50mm.After Sizing, those material larger than 50mm will be crushed into those smaller than 50mm.Both of the coal will be transported to the main plant.Besides the process flowsheet,the building structure,electricity supplying ,electronic situation , maintenance situation , the rai
6、lway transportation, the number of worker, processes cost and the budgetary estimate of the primary invest of building of the plan and room are designed systematically in the project. The time of real production is 330 days a year, 16 hours a day. That is, there are 3 working shifts per day in which
