1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为丁集矿13号煤240万t新井设计,共分10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-采区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。丁集矿位于安徽省淮南是凤台县境内,交通便利。井田东西走向长度为1215 km,南北倾斜长度49 km,井田水平面积75.55 km2。井田内主采煤层一层,即13-1煤层,平均倾角8,煤层平均厚2.1 m,井田工业储量为216.2 Mt,可采储量206.1 Mt,
2、矿井服务年限为66.06 a。煤层硬度系数f2.3,煤质牌号为无烟煤、焦煤。本矿井为高瓦斯矿井,瓦斯绝对涌出量为13.32 m3/min。本矿井正常涌水量为480 m3/h,最大涌水量为620 m3/h。矿井采用双立井单水平开拓,前期采用中央并列式通风,后期在井田南翼设立一边界风井。由于矿井地质条件简单,且为缓倾斜煤层,所以整个矿井采用带区布置,系统简单可靠。一矿一面,采煤方法为长壁综合机械化采煤法。煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用电机车。矿井年工作日为330 d,每天净提升时间16 h。矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制。专题部分题目是深井软岩巷道的支护研究。翻译部分是一篇关于在掘进工程中
