1、摘 要本设计说明书通过详细介绍山西同煤集团四老沟矿的井田概况和地质特征,经过一系列的方案论证比较,选择了适合本矿井的开拓方式、采煤方法和各生产系统。本设计为该井田11#煤层的矿井设计,该煤层地质构造比较简单,平均厚度为3.81m,煤层倾角06o,属于近水平煤层,是瓦斯煤层,有煤尘爆炸危险。其矿井设计资源储量为60.95t,矿井设计可采储量为46.44Mt,设计生产能力为0.9Mt/a,服务年限为35年。经过技术经济比较,选择了主斜井副立井开拓方案,其中主、副井为斜井,回风井选择了立井。该煤层共分为八个带区两个盘区,首采区采用倾斜长壁一次采全高后退式综合机械化采煤方法,采用自然垮落法结合人工强制
2、放顶管理采空区顶板。辅助运输系统与主运输系统相分离,其中辅助运输采用绞车牵引矿车方式,技术工艺简单,操作便利。矿井采用并列式通风系统。关键词:斜井开拓;带区式;一次采全高;中央式ABSTRACTThis design introduces detailedly the coalfields genneral situation and geologic characteristic of Silaogou Coal Mine,Datong Coal Mine Group,Shanxi Province. Based on a series of verification and compari
3、son, the suitable mine developing scheme,mining method and production systems have been determined.This design is for the 11# coal seam of the coalfield, which contains simple geologic structures, 3.81 meters height in average and about 06 dip angle of coal seam ,which makes it a near-horison coal s
4、eam.Also,its a low-gas coal seam with a danger of dust explosion. The industrial reserves are 60.95 million tons, the designed reserves are 46.44million tons, the designed productive capacity is 1.5 million tons per year and the expected service life of the mine is 41 years.After compared by techniq
5、ue and economy, a developing scheme of two slopes and one shaft is chosen, which means the scheme contains a main slope,an auxiliary slope and an air shaft.The coal seam is divided into four panels.The first mining area is Panel 1101,using the intergrated mechanization method of inclined longwell,fu
6、ll-seam mining and retreating working.To manage goaf roof, use the method combined with natrual caving and forced caving.The auxiliary haulage system and main haulage system are seperated.In the auxiliary haulage system,use the winch to tow the car ,which is technically simple and operated convenien
