1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为涡北煤矿1.8Mt/a新井设计。涡北煤矿位于安徽省亳州市境内,东有京九铁路,西有濉阜铁路,交通便利。井田走向长5.567.06km,倾向长1.643.27km,水平面积约为15.12km2。主采煤层为8号煤组,平均倾角为21,81煤、82煤平均厚度均为5.5m,间距10.5719.77m,平均15m。井田工业储量为213.7234Mt,可采储量为125.7174Mt,矿井服务年限为53.73a。矿井正常涌水量为420m3/h,最大涌水量为860m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为15.98m3/t,属于高瓦斯矿井。根据井田地质条件,提
2、出四个技术上可行的开拓方案。方案一:立井两水平开拓上下山混合开采,暗斜井延深;方案二:立井两水平开拓上下山混合开采,立井直接延深;方案三:立井两水平开拓上下山混合开采,暗斜井延深;方案四:立井两水平开拓上下山混合开采,立井直接延深。通过技术经济比较,最终确定方案一为最优方案。一水平标高650m,二水平标高1000m。设计首采区采用采区准备方式,工作面长度180m,采用大采高一次采全厚采煤法,矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“四六制”。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车运输。矿井通风方式为前期中央并列式,后期中央并列式与两翼对角式混合通风。专题部分题目:跨采大巷的矿压显现规律及其支护技术
3、。跨煤层底板大巷回采不仅是回收资源的一种有效途径,更能使被跨采巷道长期处于开采形成的底版低应力区内,显著减小巷道围岩变形,有利于改善巷道维护状态,使巷道保持长期稳定。但被跨采巷道要依次经历跨采所引起的前支承压力影响区、前支承压力显现区、卸压区、后支撑压力区和压力重新稳定区,其对巷道的围岩整体性具有严重的破坏作用,对跨采期间巷道的支护提出新的更高要求。本文总结了前人对跨采巷道矿压显现规律、跨采巷道围岩变形预测、跨采巷道围岩稳定性分析及锚注支护在跨采巷道维护中的应用等问题所做的研究工作,对跨采大巷矿压显现规律及其支护技术形成了系统的认识。翻译部分题目:A plasticity model for

The proved reserves of this coal mine are 213.7234Mt and the minable reserves are 125.7174Mt, with a m
7、ine life of 53.73a. The normal mine inflow is 420m3/h and the maximum mine inflow is 860m3/h.
