1、金番止泻胶囊提取物不同比例药效对比研究摘要:目的 金番止泻胶囊系用水、醇提取番石榴叶、金樱根、茯苓获得其多糖、鞣质、总黄酮等有效部位,按不同比例混合,评价其有效性及安全性,进行药效对比研究,筛选出最佳比例。方法 采用番泻叶所致腹泻模型,观察自拟药方番樱止泻胶囊提取物不同比例对番泻叶所致腹泻的预防和治疗作用;应用醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进,以及将棉球植入小鼠皮下形成肉芽肿的方法,观察番樱止泻胶囊有效部位不同比例的抗炎作用;以急性毒性实验研究其安全性;通过金番止泻胶囊有效部位不同比例混合对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌等4种常见临床细菌进行纸片扩散法、试管稀释法实验,研究比较
2、不同比例混合药物的抑菌作用。结果 三种比例混合药物对番泻叶所致腹泻均有预防与治疗效果,抗炎效果显著,丙组比例最佳。 三种比例混合药物对金黄色葡萄球菌,伤寒杆菌有抑制作用,丙比例具有较强杀菌作用。 结论 甲乙丙比例混合药物均有止泻、抗炎、抑菌药效,丙比例组(A:B:C:D=4:4:0.2:4)为最佳比例。关键词: 多糖;鞣质;总黄酮;止泻;抗炎;体外抑菌A comparative study of Pharmacology and efficacy of A comparative study of Pharmacology and efficacy of different mixed rad
