1、正交设计法优选石榴皮中总多酚的提取工艺研究 摘要:目的 对石榴皮中总多酚的提取工艺进行研究,并运用正交设计法对其提取工艺进行优选,以获得最佳的提取工艺。方法 以没食子酸为对照,选取磷钼钨酸法对其显色,用紫外分光光度法在760nm处测定总多酚的吸光度,再根据标准曲线法计算石榴皮中总多酚的含量。采用L9(34)正交实验设计,以石榴皮中总多酚含量为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、乙醇用量、提取温度4个因素对总多酚提取的影响。结果 最佳的提取工艺为固定超声波功率100W,乙醇浓度为30%,提取温度为60,料液比为1:30(gmL-1),提取时间为40min。结论 该工艺经试验含量测定方法简便、准确、
