1、XX大学毕业设计(论文)题 目: 管道焊缝缺陷超声导波检测仿真研究 学 院: 测试与光电工程学院专业名称: 测控技术与仪器班级学号: 学生姓名: 指导教师: 二Oxx 年 六月 管道焊缝超声导波检测仿真研究摘要:管道对现代化文明建设越来越重要,工业生产中有管道,城市现代化建设也有管道,然而在每年维修和更换可能损坏的管道,由于现有检测手段的不精确,导致了很多原本能继续使用的管道被遗弃,所以急需一种有效的检测手段。而超声导波检测正是一种这样有效的检测技术,导波的研究从20世纪早期到现在已经建立了一套完善的理论体系,引用这套理论体系可以使用导波对管道缺陷进行检测。研究采用了ANSYS仿真模拟的手法来
2、研究导波对管道的检测,分别建立了T(0,1)模态导波对纵向裂纹检测、L(0,2)模态对周向缺陷检测的模型。采用MATLAB对每一个仿真实例数据进行分析,以缺陷长度为自变量,回波信号幅值/始波幅值为因变量得到了缺陷对两种模态的反射系数曲线。其中纵向裂纹对T(0,1)模态导波的反射系数在缺陷与波长比值30%是呈线性增长模式,随后保持不变,在比值达到50%时反射系数取得极小值,随后增长到80%得到极大值,继而衰减。而周向裂纹对L(0,2)模态的导波的反射系数曲线呈线性关系。所得到的这两条反射系数曲线,可为实际检测中的信号处理和裂纹定量分析提供理论数据。关键词: 管道,导波,ANSYS,裂纹Simul
