1、江西某铀矿年处理4万吨铀矿石选矿厂设计摘要:按照毕业设计任务书的要求,进行了江西某铀矿年处理4万吨铀矿石选矿厂设计,产品为铀精矿。为了制定工艺成熟,生产可靠,经济效益高的设计方案,本设计参考了大量设计资料,然后根据矿山实际情况,确定了各车间合理的的工作制度,拟定了工艺流程,即采用三段一闭路的破碎流程,一段闭路的磨矿流程,一粗一精二扫的浮选流程,先浓缩后过滤的脱水流程。本设计对工艺流程中各个工艺指标进行了计算,包括破碎、筛分、磨矿、浮选(含矿浆流程)。对破碎、筛分、磨矿、分级、浮选、脱水及辅助设备进行了选择和计算,最终确定了所需的工艺设备。本设计还进行了厂房的总体布置,并进行了厂房内的设备配置。
