1、摘要本设计为长沙市某科研大厦舒适性空调系统，设计内容包括冷负荷计算，方案的比较，空气处理方案的选择，空调末端设备选型，水管路和风管路系统的设计计算及附属设备的选型，并进行设计说明书的编制和施工图的绘制。设计坚持可持续发展理论，树立了节约能源和全寿命周期成本分析的科学理念，从节能和环保出发，综合考虑建筑结构、使用要求、环境条件，在系统的选择、设备的选配及系统的运行控制等方面采取一定的节能措施，使系统在各种工况下均能高效节能运行。根据节能设计标准要求，结合计算软件，采用谐波法对整个大楼的冷负荷进行逐时计算；分析负荷日变化和全年变化情况，通过多个方案的可行性论证和经济性比较，结合实际的能源政策，选用

2、了水冷式螺杆机组加燃气热水锅炉的冷热源运行策略。空调系统采用风机盘管加独立新风的空气-水系统。在设计计算的基础上，还进一步分析比较了不同建筑维护结构、设计参数、空调方案等对能耗的影响，提出空调系统各环节存在的问题及节能潜力。关键词：舒适性空调，可持续发展，建筑节能，室内空气品质AbstractThis design is about the concertrated air conditioning system of some Technology building , including a series of design contents such as cooling load ca

3、lculation, scheme comparision,selecting and calculating the water system and ventilation system, as well as selecting air terminal devices and appurtenances, and working out the design instruction and drawing the construction drawings employing CAD. During the design , I adhere to sustainable develo

4、pment ,set a scientific conctept of resources and a total life cycle cost analysis. Based on the energy conservation and environmental protection ,I consider intergatedly into the building structures ,the feature of demands ,and the environment conditions. Some energysaving measures are adopted duri

5、ng the choice of system scheme ,equipment matching and operational control to achieve high efficiency in various operating conditions . According to energy-efficient design standards , the cooling load of the whole building is calculated with the harmonic wave method, combining to computer software.

6、 Water cooled screw rod unit is used to supply the cooled air conditioning water, while using gas-fired hot water boilder as the heat source. This scheme is determinated according to the feasibility analysis and economical comparision of different choices, energy policy ect. Fan coil unit and the in

Based on the design, further comparative analysis of impact of different architectural envelope thermal characteristics ,design parameters, air conditioning scheme on the energy consumption . 11、后，熟习土建图纸与原始资料，查阅和收集资料，对设计对象选择多种空调方式，经过综合比较后，最后选定一种较好的方案。根据有关设计规范及概算指标，对冷热负荷进行初步估算，初步确定冷热源方式、容量、台数、机房位置和面积并确定送、排风方式。1.2.2 施工图设计1设计计算 计算室内冷、热、湿负荷； 确定设计方案。包括系统划分、空气处理过程设计、计算总冷量、总热量、总风量； 根据冷量和风量确定选用空气处理设备和制冷设备、绘出空气处理系统草图； 全年运行工况调节分析； 确定室内气流组织形式，进行气流组织计算； 进行系统风道布置及管道水力计算； 系统消声减振设计； 系统防排烟及保温设计； 对土建、水、电、动力专业的要求； 设计总结。2绘图图纸应包括首页图、空调系统布置平面图、系统图、大样图、机房布置平面图、系统图、大样图。2 设计任务及依据2.1 工程概况 本设计对象为长沙市某科研大厦，大厦主要有：办公室，会议室，多功能厅等。其中地下一层地上八层，预计将机房布置于地下层。工程位于长沙市，东经11304，北纬2812，海拔44.9 m。总空调面积为5625m2。本工程空调设计的任务包括本大厦的中央空调系统的设计及通风设计。本中央空调系统设计要求能够实现夏季供冷和冬季供热，并能满足人体的舒适性要求。 2.2 设计依据2.2.1
