南京某高层建筑综合楼楼空调系统工艺设计.doc

1、摘要本工程是南京市某综合楼。建筑物地上总共是十二层，总高度为36.1米，建筑面积约为11963.8平方米,制冷面积为7273.78平方米.它主要功能是商铺,客房。根据建筑物房间的功能以及建筑的布局客房及商铺均采用了风机盘管加新风的送风方式。室内回风经风机盘管处理后和新风混合送入各空调房间。有卫生间的客房各层风机盘管产生的凝结水统一排放到地漏，本设计各层均设一个吊顶式新风机组，新风由室外新风口采集，经处理后分别供给各个房间，以满足系统对新风量的需求。机房位于地上一层设备机房，机房选用了两台水冷式半封闭式双螺杆式冷水机组，机组的冷冻水供水回水温度为712 oC。冬夏季节进行阀门转换。系统中水管的布

2、置采用异程式，为两管制。冷水经过冷水机组、循环水泵送到新风机组和各个风机盘管。为了满足节能和舒适性的要求进行了保温和消声设计。保温材料选用的是玻璃棉管壳保温材料。考虑到房间对噪音的要求在每台新风机组出口设置了消声器。关键词：新风、空调设计、空调系统、风机盘管AbstractThis project is an compositive building of Nanjing.
