1、中文题目:梁家堡矿1.2Mt/a新井初步设计外文题目:THE NEW SHAFT DESIGN OF LIANGJIABAO MINE(1.2MT/A)摘要梁家堡矿拥有两层可采煤层,煤层和煤厚分别是5-1(4)、5-2(4.5)。煤层南北走向约为2800m,东西倾向约为4100m,井田面积约为11.48 km2。平均倾角为8度。工业储量为1.33亿吨,设计储量为1.2亿吨,可采储量为9145万吨。本设计从矿井的开拓、开采、运输、通风、提升及工作面的采煤方法等各个环节进行了详细的叙述,设计严格遵守设计规范和煤矿安全规程,整个矿井采用了先进的皮带运输,提高了运输能力,为矿井的增产打下了良好的运输基
2、础。采煤方法采用倾向长壁综合机械化采煤方法。工作面支护方式为液压支架支护方式,端头支护采用端头支架。本设计采用立井单水平开拓,主井采用箕斗提升,副井采用罐笼提升,大巷采用集中布置。通风方式为中央式通风。本次设计是梁家堡矿新井设计,地质资料都是在实习矿上搜集的,在指导教师的指导下,并合理运用平时及课堂上积累的知识,查找有关资料和文献,力求设计出一个高产、高效、安全的现代化矿井。关键词:煤矿开采;开拓布置;运输;开采方式;通风AbstractLIANGJIABAO coal mine can have a four-layer thick coal seam, and were 5-1 (4),
