1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分是葛亭煤矿0.9 Mt/a新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:矿区概况与井田地质特征、井田境界和储量、矿井工作制度和设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升、矿井通风及安全和矿井基本技术经济指标。葛亭煤矿位于山东省济宁市,矿井总面积约为9.5 km2,井田走向长平均约3.4 km,倾向长平均约2.8 km。本设计主采煤层为3、16、17煤,平均厚度为0.9 m、1.2 m、6.39 m,煤层赋存稳定,为缓倾斜煤层,倾角311,平均6.8。井田内工业储量为113.18 Mt,可采储量为78.56
2、 Mt。矿井正常涌水量362m3/h,最大涌水量563 m3/h;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为7.58 m3/min,属于低瓦斯矿井,不易自燃,煤尘有爆炸危险。葛亭矿设计年生产能力为0.9 Mt/a,服务年限为58.19年。矿井开拓方式为立井单平开拓。设计首采区采用带区准备方式,工作面长度180 m,采用走向综采放顶煤采煤方法,矿井年工作日为330 d,工作制度为“三八制”。大巷采用胶带输送机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式。专题是矿井瓦斯预测与抽采技术研究。翻译部分英文原文题目是“Present situation and developing trend of coal min

5、ogic index of the mine.The Getingmine field lies in the Jining city of Shandong province, the total area of the mine is 9.5 km2. Its about 3.4km on the strike and 2.8 km on the dip. There is three minable coal seam: No.3,No.16 and No.17, and the average thickness of the seam is 0.9 m,1.2m and 6.39 m
6、. They are stable andfluty inclined. The dip angle is from 3 degree to 11 degree, and is 6.8 degree on average. The normal flow of the mine is 362m3/h, and the maximum mine flow is 563 m3/h. The absolute gas emission rate of mine is 7.58 m3/min which belongs to low gas mine. The seamsdont have self-
7、combustion tendency, and the coal dust has explosion hazard.The productive capacity of Liangshuiijngmine is 0.9 million tons per year, and its service life is 58.19 years. The development of the mine is vertical shaft development with one mining levels.Designed first mining district makes use of the
