1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为王村斜井煤矿0.45Mt/a新井设计。该矿位于陕西省澄城县县,交通便利。井田走向(东西)长约4.23 km,倾向(南北)长约3.2 km,井田总面积为13.5 km2。主采煤层为5#煤,倾角平均3。煤层平均厚度分别为2.5m。井田地质条件较为简单。井田工业储量为49.67 Mt,矿井可采储量37.23 Mt。矿井服务年限为55.1 a,涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为172.59 m3/h,最大涌水量为172.59 m3/d。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为0.157 m3/t,为低瓦斯矿井。井田为双斜井单水平开拓。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助
2、运输采用矿车运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为330 d,工作制度为“三八”制。一般部分共包括10章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。专题部分题目为岩巷综掘设备的现在及其发展趋势。翻译部分题目为无人采煤机器人的发展和远程作业系统。关键词:斜井;带区,中央并列式通风ABSTRACTThe three parts is included in this design,i.e.,the gene

The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 4.23 km ,the w
4、idth is about 3.2 km, well farmland total area is 13.5 km2. No. 5 is the main coal seam, and its dip angle ofaverage is 5. The thickness of the mine are about 2.5 m respectively. The geological conditions of the minefield is relatively simple.The proved reserve of the minefield is 49.67 Mt. The reco
5、verable reserve is 37.23 Mt. The designed productive capacity is 0.45 Mt/a, and the service life of the mine is 55.1 years. The normal water flow of the mine is 172.59 m3/h and the max flow of the mine is 172.59 m3/h. The relative gas emission rate of the mineral well is 0.157 m3/t, for low gas mine
6、ral well.The well farmland is a single level with a inclined shaft to expand. The coal is transported by the belt conveyer in the main roadway and 1 t mine car is used as the auxiliary transportation equipment.
