1、摇臂锻造工艺分析及模具设计摘要:锻模是金属在热态和冷态下进行体积成型时所用模具的统称。一个完善的锻模设计过程,首先应当考虑的是:应该能够获得满足尺寸精度要求和组织性能良好的锻件,同时要满足生常率的要求;其次还应考虑锻模具有足够的强度和较高的寿命,并且制造简单,安装,调整,维护方便等要求。因此,设计锻模时,应当综合分析各类锻件塑性变形的规律和工艺特点,研究被加工材料的力学和物理,化学特性,以及了解各类锻压设备的工作特点,结构特点和工艺特点等。选择锻件工步是关键,在确定工步后,再根据热锻件图来设计模膛,锻模和切边模,在设计过程中确定下料尺寸。通过设计摇臂可以让我更好的对锻模的设计有更深入的了解,为
