2、严重,不但浪费煤矿,而且经济效益差。采煤机是主要机械之一,提高设备效能,对于保证矿山生产的发展方向,人身和设备安全,提高经济效益,都具有深远影响。本文针对采煤机电气控制系统中存在的有关问题,把可编程序控制器,变频调速技术等应用到采煤机电气控制系统中。通过电机和变频器的选定,再通过PLC进行编程,实现对采煤机的控制。本文采用西门子系列的PLC对采煤机电气控制系统进行编程,编写梯形图,再采用STEP 7-Mircro/WIN 32 编程软件实现对编完的PLC进行监测等过程。采用PLC后,克服了原继电器系统的不足,系统安全可靠,性价比提高,且控制程序可根据需要修改,对提高控制技术水平具有广阔的应用前
