1、 毕业设计SR200C型旋挖钻机的液压系统设计学校 : 院系: 专业: 指导教师: 姓名: 学号: 设计完成时间:20xx年6月 摘要 不知不觉大学四年快要结束了,这次的毕业设计是我在这四年大学的一个检验,我做的是旋挖钻机的液压系统,在这次设计之前,经过老师的指导以及各种途径的查找资料,我首先确定了选型,知道了旋挖钻机的用途,并把旋挖钻机的型号定为SR200C,然后查找并研究了旋挖钻机的发展历程以及国内外的发展状况,让我对旋挖钻机有了进一步的了解,接下来开始对SR200C型旋挖钻机的设计,先确定旋挖钻机的整机布置,并确定设计参数,然后进行工况分析,钻进的工况分析,卷扬工况分析以及变幅和行走工况
2、分析,接着设计回路,有泵控回路,动力头回转回路,加压回路,主、副卷扬回路,变幅回路,行走回路,然后是各种液压马达的计算,动力头,主卷扬,副卷扬,还有行走马达。设计液压系统少不了对液压缸的设计,旋挖钻机有3个油缸,分别是,加压油缸,动臂变幅油缸,钻杆变幅油缸,然后我选择确定泵的流量和工作压力,接下来确定主油管的管径,然后确定油箱的容量,然后进行系统的功率损失验算以及温升验算,最近进行旋挖钻机的技术与经济分析得出结论。然后开始绘图,整个设计从开始的选型到最后的绘图,让我对旋挖钻机有了一定的认识与了解,也增强了我的自主学习的能力。7AbstractUnconsciously at the unive
