1、Mp3充电器后盖注射模具设计与制造摘 要本文主要介绍了Mp3充电器后盖的“一模二腔”点浇口注塑模具设计的过程。包括塑件塑料的工艺分析、零件结构分析、模具结构分析及模具设计等内容。首先按照无纸化模具设计的一般流程,对所设计的模具进行工艺方案的分析与各数据的计算,并运用Pro/ENGINEER进行设计。计算MP3充电器外壳的体积、质量,根据体积或质量确定模具型腔数。通过应用Pro/ENGINEER软件,进行零件绘制、组装零件。并利用AutoCAD进行成品图、结构图以及组立图的绘制,确定各种设计尺寸、公差,增强了设计能力,掌握各零部件的参数和设计技巧。关键词:Mp3充电器后盖,一模两腔,点浇口,注塑
