1、课题名称 某型越野车分动器设计 摘要越野车时常需要行驶在例如坏路和山路道路这一类状况非常差的道路上。因此,大多数的越野车驱动方式都是采用多轴驱动,并且在车上布置分动器。分动器是一个传统的齿轮传动系,其输入轴与变速器的第二轴相联的方式有两种第一种是直接连接,第二种是通过万向传动装置与其相连,它的输出轴一般有若干个,通过万向传动装置与各个对应的驱动桥准确连接。分动器最主要功能是让变速器所输出的动力得以合理分配到各个驱动桥上,同时起着增大扭矩的作用。本文主要详细说明了越野车三轴式分动器设计与计算过程,主要内容分成两大部分。第一部分是设计部分,其中比较详细的叙述了分动器的设计过程,包括分动器结构方案的
