1、摘 要本课题的设计任务为设计一种多型号变加载磨合试验装置测控系统。我们知道，当今现代机械很多传动类产品 , 比如变速箱总成、前后桥总成、传动系总成等, 在完成装配后，为了保证产品的工艺装配质量,往往要进行产品的磨合试验过程。齿轮箱、丝杠副等机械传动机构在机械工业等行业中应用越来越广泛，它的设计制造水平、承载能力高低、使用寿命长短往往是一个国家工业发展的标志。通过查阅大量相关的文献，归纳了国内外齿轮副、丝杠副磨合研究的情况。通过机理研究，对跑合中的表面特性及磨损型式的变化规律进行了深入分析。跑合过程实质上是接触变形、物力力学性能的综合作用，使接触面积重新分布、表面材料组成发生变化、多种机制同时存

2、在的过程。本课题主要针对多型号某传动机构的变加载磨合试验需求，研究了变加载磨合试验的相关技术，给出了一种双路传动链的磨合试验装置的构建及其实现方法。拟出测控系统控制方案。测控系统采用主从式控制模式,主机为工控机辅以多功能数据采集卡，用于磨合作业的调度、数据处理及人机交互等；从机为西门子Simotion D410运动控制系统，通过TCP/IP通信方式接收主机的数据指令,完成对磨合作业运动任务的控制。基于资金、时间、试验设备等实验条件的限制，本课题的模拟控制部分主要借助单片机制作模拟电路板，模拟出控制系统的一些相关特性。模拟演示部分主要借用单片机实现控制电机磨合作业的启停、正反转、控制时间、串口通

Prepare a monitoring and control system control program.A mode called master-slave control is used to design the mon

The master controller is an industrial control computer with multifunction data acquisition card, for scheduling of running-in operations, data processing and human-computer interaction. The slave controller is the Siemens motion control system SimotionD410, to receive co

9、mmunication data instructions from the master controller through TCP/IP and to complete the task of running-in movement control operations. Because of limitation of experimental conditions such as funds, test equipment, etc., this topic mainly using single chip microcomputer simulation control part

14、经过一定时间的使用,将摩擦面上的加工痕迹磨光而使得其更加密合。机械传动机构部件在装配完成后的初始使用期,往往有一个磨合过程(即磨合期),通过磨合使得传动机构相互之间的配合变得更为良好。对于高精密的机械装置(如齿轮箱、丝杠副等传动机构),在实际使用前完成机构运动副或整套机构的磨合是很重要的。一般来说，磨合试验在装配调试完成后出厂之前完成,是用于检测其性能指标和装配质量的关键步骤,同时通过有效可控的模拟负载磨合,可以让机械装置在实际应用时很快就能达到设计的性能指标的要求,以提高其质量和使用寿命。在机械传动部件磨合运转前后，机械摩擦副的工作表面与初始工艺表面性质往往表现出很大差异。高质量的磨合不仅可

15、以修正制造与安装时的误差，而且可以发挥装置在动力性、经济性及使用寿命方面的最大潜力；而不正确的磨合，有可能把人们在设计制造和安装过程中为提高机器性能所做的全部努力化为泡影。因此，磨合运转对于机械传动动力装置是必要的。机械传动部件型号往往多样化,磨合工艺要求也各不相同,这使得磨合装置必须具有一定的适应性和可扩展性。根据实际调研,当前针对传动机构的磨合试验装置存在一些问题:单台装置往往以单一型号传动机构为使用对象,其适应产品变化及更新能力较差；磨合的加载多使用砝码模拟负载,故不容易实现连续的可变的加载和自动控制；有些磨合装置使用磁粉制动器模拟负载,却未能实现实时的对模拟负载进行闭环的自动的控制，而只能开环地通过改变它的激磁电流来实现可变负载,；数据记录是手动的,在文件数据管理方面不够科学。因此，在该类型产品批量化生产阶段,设计一种操作简便、高效的、自动化的、能够实现连续可变加载和科学数据管理的磨合试验控制系统成为迫切需要。1 绪论1.1 国内外研究现状1.1.1历史回顾人们对磨合技术的研究已经有了一定的历史，20 世纪 70 年代前，磨合技术的研究基本上局限于肤浅地观察表面现象。如1968 年挪威人 Ostvi
