1、摘要我国感光材料工业是白银消耗的大户,其耗用量约占全国白银总量的40%,而生产过程产生的废料却含有生产投入银量的约10%,若不进行回收,不仅浪费资源,而且严重污染环境。国内在白银回收工艺方面还很不完善,存在着工艺落后,回收率低,二次污染严重等问题。针对这些状况,我们开始了从感光废料中回收白银新工艺的研究。本设计介绍了从感光废料中回收白银的工艺流程,叙述了工业试验中出现的问题和采取的措施,设计结果表明从感光废料中得到的湿银泥,采用焙烧置换铸锭工艺回收银,回收率大于99%,产品银锭的纯度大于99.9%,并对废水进行处理,使出水水质达到广东省地方排放标准的一级标准。传统白银回收工艺中出现的焙烧时卤化
