1、 摘要电镀废水的处理及循环利用在国际上越来越受到重视,目前已研制出多种治理技术,通过回收贵重金属、无害化处理、水循环使用等措施消除和减少重金属的排放量。随着电子、电镀工业的快速发展和环保要求的日益提高,目前废水治理已开始进入清洁生产工艺、总量控制和循环经济整合阶段,资源回收利用和闭路循环是发展的主流方向。本设计采用化学处理法对酸性综合电镀废水进行深度处理,通过斜管沉淀与气浮装置去处废水中的Cu2、Ni2,并使COD大大减少。设计参数:水量1000m3/d,Cu2+ 50mg/L,CODcr800mg/L,Ni2+10mg/L,pH=2.53.5。排放标准值:pH=69,CODcr100mg/L
