1、摘 要本毕业设计的课题是9000吨/日线路板废水处理工艺设计,各类进水水质状况如下:有机废水CODCr=2000mg/L,SS=900mg/L,流量为1140 m3/d;含络合物的废水CODCr=200mg/L,Cu=50mg/L,流量为 2100m3/d;含铜离子废水Cu2+=80mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,流量为 5700m3/d;含氰化物废水CN=100-200mg/L,CODCr=200mg/L,流量为60m3/d。处理后出水达到广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值(DB44/26-2001)二时段一级标准,即pH=6-9;CODCr=90mg/L;BOD5=20mg/L;SS=2
2、0mg/L;Cu2+=0.5mg /L;CN=0.3mg/L。线路板废水种类繁多,成分复杂,主要污染物为重金属铜离子,pH变化大,对污染物彻底处理相当困难,因此对线路板废水进行清污分流,先预处理再综合处理是必要的。本设计将线路板废水分为有机废水、含络合物废水、普通含铜废水、含氰化物废水四类,采用分类处理的物化沉淀为主工艺进行处理。该方法具有工艺简单,处理效果好,构造简单,操作性强和便于维护等优点,而且方法成熟,处理成本低,是处理线路板废水比较理想的工艺。通过对厂区的优化布置,该工程总的占地面积为2200m2,工程总投资为584万元,每吨废水的运行费用是2.178元。关键词:线路板废水,分类处理
