海南州财政局综合楼给排水工程设计.doc

1、摘要 本设计是海南州财政局综合楼建筑给水排水工程设计，主要包括给水系统、排水系统和消防系统三个部分。本次设计的目的是充分利用所学的现有的知识，完成建筑给水排水工程的设计。此次设计基本上实现了我们从理论知识向实际工程设计的转变，充分的把理论知识应用到实际的工程当中，并对设计的方案、内容加以有针对性地、有说服力地论证，从而实现设计工程的可行性。在选题的过程中，考虑到地区性、建筑性质，建筑类别相对高级，进行建筑给水排水工程的设计，满足人们的生活需要，并且使人们得到舒适、便利生活环境。 设计的大体内容是：建筑给水工程、排水工程和消防工程，设计的意义在于满足人们生活用水的同时，要满足室内的消防用水，保证

2、人们居住的安全性。设计的依据为相关书籍和设计手册、规范。在设计中，大都按照常规方法，严格依据设计手册中的相关规范来进行，建筑给水排水系统及卫生设备要相对完善，在技术上要保持先进的水平，在计算的过程中，尽量使用符合经济流速的管径,以便降低成本，同时要考虑水的漏失、压力情况来选择管材和一些连接管件，以便在水从市政管网输送到建筑内用户的过程中，水的漏失量最少，节约水资源。 本次设计是一栋多层综合楼，本建筑以城市给水管网作为水源，从市政管网取水，供水水压为0.30MPa。土壤最大冻结深度-1.34m,满足市政管网直接取水力，可以直接从管网中取水。IAbstract This design is Hai

14、工业出版社，2000. 15 海南州财政局综合楼平面图1.4设计内容本次设计包括 该建筑生活冷水给水系统、热水给水系统、排水系统，消火栓系统。1.5完成工作量 包括以下内容： 给水系统水力计算； 排水系统水力计算； 消火栓系统水力计算。312设计说明书2.1室内给水工程 2.1.1给水系统选择 因城市管网常年可资用水头远能满足本设计用水的要求，故不需考虑到二次加压。直接采用市政给水就能满足，室外给水管网常年可资用水头一般为0.3MPa，可考虑直接供水。 2.1.2给水系统的组成建筑内给水系统由引入管，水表节点，给水管道，配水装置和用水设备和附件组成。 2.1.3加压设备及构筑物本设计不需要加压

15、泵，采用市政管网的压力就可以满足供水要求。 2.1.4给水管道敷设基本要求1、确保供水安全和良好的水力条件，力求经济合理管道尽可能与墙、梁、柱平行，呈直线走向，力求管路简短，以减少工程量，降低造价。干管应布置在用水量大或不允许间断供水的配水点附近，既利于供水安全，又可减少流程中不合理的转输流量，节省管材。2、保护管道不受损坏给水埋地管道应避免布置在可能受重物压坏处。管道不得穿越生产设备基础，也不宜穿过伸缩缝、沉降缝，如需穿过，应采取保护措施。为防止管道腐蚀，管道不允许布置在烟道、风道、和排水沟内，不允许穿大、小便槽，当立管位于小便槽端部0.5m时，在小便槽端部应有建筑隔断措施。3、给水管道一般暗装横干管敷设于技术层内或吊顶中或管沟内，立管设于给排水管道竖井里，支管可敷于吊顶、墙体、地板找平层、管窿内，这样美观、卫生。4、不影响生产安全和建筑物的使用为避免管道渗漏，造成配电间电气设备故障或短路，管道不能从配电间通过。也不能布置在妨碍生产操作和交通运输处或遇水易引
