1、II本科生毕业论文(设计)数字电位器的可变电压电源设计院系名称姓名学号专业指导教师 年04月20日- 18 -数字电位器的可变电压电源设计摘 要随着电子技术的不断发展,电子产品种类越来越齐全,电子设备的应用也越来越广泛,并且时刻与人们生活息息相关,任何电子设备都离不开可靠的稳定的电源,这些设备对电源的要求也越来越高,电子设备的小型化和低成本化是电源以轻、薄、小和高效率为发展方向的动力。本文介绍了一种利用晶体管组成的滞留稳压电源,这种电源能够给电子设备提供稳定的电源,通过数字电位器调节使输出电压在3-15V,且在输出电压为15V时输出电流为500mA,由于串联型直流稳压电源可以输出大的电流和高的
2、电压,又采用负反馈电路,能够克服由于负载变动而产生输出电压的变化,从而能够经常保持一定值的输出电压。测试结果表明,所设计的可变电压电源在输出端可以输出3-9V的电压,并且是稳定的,各点的参数也符合要求,能够为电子设备提供稳定可靠的直流电压。 【关键词】可变电压,数字电位器,晶体管Digital potentiometer variable voltage of power supply designAbstractWith the continuous development of electronic technology, electronic products is more and m
