1、摘 要水果清洗机是用于清洗水果的机械，是水果供应企业进行水果自动化加工的关键设备之一。为实现将水果自动清洗的功能，设计一种网链式输送水果清洗机，以利于水果的保鲜储藏和后续加工。本设计基于清洗机械的研究现状和发展状况，根据清洗机的类型、结构特点和工作原理，结合相关设计手册,通过对清洗机工艺参数及动力学参数的选择计算，电动机的选择，联轴器的选择，链轮的设计，完善清洗机的总体设计。该水果机具有启动平稳、工作可靠和效率高等特点，适合苹果、桃、橘子和红枣等水果的清洗加工。动力部分由电动机、减速器，输入轴为主，其余部分参考外购件的参数加以整合设计。而重点设计的是水果清洗结构。在计算过程中，轴的设计是重点。

2、首先提出水果清洗的工作原理，进行结构设计；然后确定一些原始数据，计算出各个轴的转速、功率、转矩。最后绘制水果清洗机的装配图及典型零件的零件图，对水果清洗机的关键参数进行计算和校核。零件将全部采用solidworks软件进行计算机辅助设计，设计过程中经过较为精确的测量和计算后将所得的数据进行三维建模，利用模型进行模拟装配和干涉检查。构想通过创建三维模型这样一个平台来验证所做的设计，以便于对设计中的细节进行改进。设计完成后，利用Solidworks建立水果清洗机的3D装配模型；较为逼真地体现外型设计的效果及水果清洗机的主要结构及尺寸关系，绘制二维的零件图，装配图。关键词：网链式；水果清洗机； 3D

13、食物质量的要求也在不断的提高，尤其是对水果的食用，不再仅仅满足于原始的食用方法，对水果的深加工产品如果汁、果酱、果酒的使用数量及质量的要求也越来越高。在进行水果的加工中，如何将大量的水果清洗干净，快速输送于下步加工工序中，是保证产品质量、生产效率的关键一步。本文对这一问题有针对性的设计一种利用水和水果的螺旋流动，使水果清洗干净，并同时将清洗干净的水果立刻送人输送带进行下步加工的设备。为适应我国农产品快速发展需要，农产品清洗设备在我国逐步发展起来，许多农作物由于生产过程中必然会带有泥土和农药，所以清洗农作物的大量劳动是影响我国农作物的一个重要问题，如果采用大量人力的话必然导致劳动力资源的浪费，所

14、以生产一种农作物清洗机械对提高生产力有重要影响。随着我国水果果品加工业的迅速发展，水果清洗机的应用越来越广泛。而水果清洗机用于进行水果清洗的机械，是水果供应企业进行水果自动化加工的关键设备之一。为实现将水果自动清洗的功能，设计水果清洗机。1 清洗机的概况及现状分析1.1 概况食品机械行业是直接为食品工业服务的行业。 食品工业的发展带动了食品机 械的发展；而食品机械行业的科技进步与发展，又为食品工业发展创造了有利的 物质条件，大大推动食品工业向前发展。随着食品工业的发展，食品机械在食品工业中的地位越来越重要。现代化的食品机械不仅可以生产出高附加值的产品，而且可以提高资源的利用率。由于食品工业原料

15、和产品的品种繁多，加工工艺各异，因此食品机械也相应 是门类各异，品种多样。目前，中国的食品机械分类是按机械工业部制定的分类 标准（JB3750-80）进行的，分为食品加工专用机械和食品加工通用设备。专用机械按加工对象或生产品种不同分为 23 类， 通用设备按功能不同分为 10 类， 据 有关部门 1995 年统计，全国专业食品加工机械企业，约有 1920 多家，工业总产 值 110 亿元，产品品种 1700 多种，近十几年来，全国食品机械行业保持年增长 率 20%以上的水平。 近年来，在食品机械行业中已经形成一批不仅能够满足国内市场的需要，而 且能打入国际市场的优良产品，出口创汇约 5000 万美元。 全国食品机械行业发展比较快的有北京、上海、天津、江苏、浙江、山东、 辽宁、广东、福建、四川等省市。 中国许多部委都有一批力量在从事食品机械研究和开发工作。 其中原机械工 业部， 原国内贸易部和原轻工总会下属从事食品机械的企业数量最多， 规模最大， 力量最强，代表了中国食品机械发展总体水平，形成了科研、生产、销售的完整 体系1。果品加工业是农产品加工业的重要组成部分。1980年我国果品总产量只有679万吨，排名世界第10位。从
