1、摘 要该设计是一种由小型汽油机带动刀片运动切割草株，人工推动机具前进完成作业的草坪修剪机。该机主要由发动机，传动机构，旋刀，机壳支撑座和集草袋等组成。采用XY168F发动机，最大输出功率：5.5HP/3600rpm。工作装置为一条形割草刀直接装在发动机的输出轴上，作业时高速旋转切割草茎。 将割草刀的非刃口做成风机叶片，割草作业时对地面形成一定的真空降草茎吹成直立状态，便于切割并与罩壳相结合形成涡流将割下来的碎草送入集草装置。护罩为涡流形状，是草坪修剪机的支架，为冲压件，用于保护操作者和行人安全，并形成护罩内涡流，给切下物导向和安装行走装置，发动机和工作装置。集草装置为集草袋，主要用于草坪切下物

2、的收集，安装于草坪修剪机的后部，并可以容易的安装或拆下。行走装置为行走轮和割草装置高度调节装置组成。行走轮通过一个手柄可以相对草坪修剪机的护罩进行调节，将轮子升高，割草机下降，割草高度降低，反之割草高度上升。关键词 割草机；刀具；传动轴；罩壳及结构设计AbstractThis design in one kind cuts grass by the small gasoline engineimpetus bit movement, the artificial impetus machines advance completes the work lawn pruning machine.

9、总体设计 该机主要由发动机，传动机构，旋刀，机壳，支承轮和集草袋等组成。如图1-1所示。 传动机构由离合器，传动轴等组成。传动轴由两只轴承支承在机壳箱体上，如图1-2所示。输出轴固定旋转刀片。当发动机转速达到一定数值时，离合器的离合块在离心力作用下被甩出，与离合碟接合，发动机的动力传给旋转刀片，是旋转刀片告诉旋转，完成剪草工作。 13旋刀主要由刀体，刀片，螺栓，止动垫片和螺母等组成，如图1-3所示。刀体以45号钢制成，具有足够的强度和刚度，用于牢固支承两只刀片。刀片用65Mn钢制成，具有适宜的硬度和韧度。刀片的前端的翼片以适当的角度和形状构成混流风叶，并与机壳的下表面涡壳状腔室配合，用以在剪刀

10、的同时产生轴向和纵向的气流，被剪下的草屑带入集草袋。刀片和刀体采用螺栓固定，并用止动垫片防松。旋刀以锁紧螺母固定在传动箱的传动轴上。发动机，四个行走轮以及手把，集草袋全部固定在机壳上。机壳用3mm厚的优质钢板冲压成型后焊接合而成（见图G530-01-00），强度很高，安全可靠，能防止切割过程中的意外事故。四个行走轮用螺栓固定在轮轴上，行走轮轮轴焊接与支撑板上，行走轮随同支撑板可以绕支撑轴相对于机壳转动。采用拨杆组件调整支撑板的转角，并由拨杆组件上的定位台与机壳上的五个定位孔实现定位。前后行走轮通过连接在支撑板上的连接杆连接在一起，可以同时调节高度。这样调节行走轮 相对于机壳的位置，即可升高或降低修剪机（即调节刀片距地面的高度），达到调节留草高度的目的。集草袋通过四个挂钩固定在机壳上。技术参数： 汽油机功率：5.5马力 割刀转速：3600r/min 切割幅宽：530mm 设计切割高度：20mm-80mm（5档）（详图见图纸G530-00）第二章 结构设计计算2.1发动机的选择 根据功率要求小于5kw，转速达可切割草速度，取3600r/min，选发动机YX168F，详细参数如下：
