1、摘 要无绳电话的日益普及使人们对无绳电话的性能要求越来越高, 而无绳电话外壳是无绳电话的一个重要的部分,所以它的设计和成型对整个产品来是很重要的一道工艺。本论文详细的论述了无绳电话外壳塑料注射模设计及其工艺分析。首先对无绳电话外壳塑料制件结构和成型工艺进行充分的分析,了解其整个成型过程,为模具设计提供参考数据,保证模具结构设计的合理性。0首先对电视机后罩塑料制件结构和成型工艺进行充分的分析,了解其整个成型过程,为模具设计提供参考数据,保证模具结构设计的合理性。接着确定型腔的数量和分型面,针对本塑件设计成型零件的型腔和型芯,确定合理的浇注系统和排溢系统,根据型腔的形状设计模具的温度调节系统,然后
2、设计模具的合模导向机构和推出机构,然后通过塑件的尺寸选取模架,对模具中主要零件的制造进行工艺分析。最后完成整个模具的设计。设计中对注射模结构设计的进行了工艺分析,并进行相关的计算,设计出模具的最佳方案、总体结构设计、主要零件结构设计及相关参数的校核。该模具结构设计巧妙,操作方便,使用寿命长,塑件达到技术要求。此次设计的方法对其它不同结构的塑料产品的注射模具设计有一定的参考价值。关键词:AUTOCAD;塑料注射模具;无绳电话外壳;注塑机AbstractMobile phones become more and more popular and people s need for their ch

6、ng to the size of this paper select mould framework ,the manufacture proceed technical analysis of the mould match tool of the major parts. Finally, completes the entire mold design.
