恒源煤矿1.8Mta新井设计【专题煤层底板突水预测及防治研究】.pdf

1、 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为恒源煤矿 1.8Mt/a 新井初步设计，共分 10 章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量；3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-带区巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术；10.矿井基本技术经济指标。恒源煤矿位于安徽省淮北市濉溪县刘桥镇境内。西以省界与河南省永城市毗邻，东距濉溪县约 10km，东北距淮北市约 13km。矿井交通十分方便，濉溪县至永城市公路从矿区通过，可直接接通河南省和安徽省内公路网。矿井铁路专用线经濉溪站转接京沪、陇海和京九三大

2、干线通往全国各地，交通极为便利。矿井东东南浅部以土楼断层和刘桥一矿为界，西西北以省界与河南省永城市的新庄煤矿相接。平均走向长度为 5.50 km，平均倾斜宽为 3.77 km，平均倾角为 8，井田水平宽度为 2.523.74 km，水平面积为 19.32 平方公里。矿井最大涌水量为 683.40m3/时，正常涌水量为 525.44 m3/时；煤质为烟煤；全矿井最大绝对瓦斯涌出量为 7.866 m3/min，属低瓦斯矿井；煤层属不自燃发火煤层，煤层具有爆炸危险性。矿井采用双立井单水平开拓，采用中央并列式通风。一矿一面，采煤方法为长壁综采一次采全高。煤炭运输采用阻燃胶带，辅助运输采用无级绳绞车。矿

3、井年工作日为 330 d，每天净提升时间 16 h。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。专题部分题目是煤层底板突水预测及防治研究。翻译部分是一篇关于长壁开采面和回采巷道稳定性的数值模拟研究，英文原文题目为：Numerical modelling of longwall mining and stability analysis of the gates in a coal mine。关键词：立井；带区；综采；中央并列式 Abstract This design includes of three parts:the general part,special subject part and transl

6、provincial boundaries in the adjacent city,west of Suixi County about 10km,north-east from the Huaibei City,about 13km.Mine the traffic is very convenient,Suixi County Highway to the city never adopted from the mining area can be directly connected with the Henan Province and Anhui Province Highway
